:30 Redux… Demand for Super Bowl Ads higher than ever… (Huh?)

In a moment replete with bittersweet irony, demand for Super Bowl spots is now higher than ever … a :30 spot will apparently run you $2.7 mill.

This is being driven, in large part, by those bugbears of network TV – digitization and media fragmentation – and the consequent lack of TV programs that achieve big ratings…
