‘s new album site reveals simple, good design and (HD optional) videos set to the songs. There are of course some of the usual social elements (Comments on the website, Facebook
Fan page) but with a slightly different spin. Interestingly, comments displayed around the videos come with associated moods, created from a mood-palette. Dominic Fawkes reports some interesting uses of media such as posters in tube stations in London
. Following a trend we are seeing more and more here in London, the posters end by asking the viewer to Google
terms like “Mother lay-by”, words linked to the songs on the album ‘Safe Trip Home’.
Flogging a dead horse? Well I guess that means its working … now with bigger logo! (It works for Macs now, which is nice …) I assume this is the annual seasonal offering from Anne Bologna’s and Ari Merkin
